Job summary

CNO Financial Group, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, is hiring an Associate Services Analyst to support daily Human Resources operations. You will coordinate MyHR inquiries, manage leave and accommodation programs, unemployment processes, and related administrative duties while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, knowledge of employment laws, MS Office proficiency, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Knowledge of leaves of absence and ADA accommodations and employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII).
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review Tier 1 and Tier 2 MyHR requests; escalate others for timely responses.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base for Tier 1/2 requests.
• Manage Labor Law Poster Program and audits.
• Audit employment documents for gaps, inconsistencies and missing signatures; support regulatory audits.
• Handle Leave & Accommodation and Unemployment administration with vendors.
• Coordinate wage garnishments and employment records with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in training development and New Hire orientation.
• Streamline processes and leverage technology to improve first-touch resolution.
