CNO Financial Group, Inc. is hiring an Associate Services Analyst to provide daily HR support through the MyHR service center, handling inquiries, leave and accommodation administration, unemployment coordination, and related duties to enhance associate experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and service mindset, with optional remote work from US-based locations and occasional travel to corporate offices. Bachelor's degree in HR and HR compliance knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field.
• Working knowledge of leaves of absence and ADA accommodations, and related laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII).
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• One year of related work experience.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone preferred, or ability to work CT/ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Review Tier 1 and 2 MyHR requests and escalate others.
• Support knowledge base for Tier 1/2 requests.
• Manage Labor Law Poster Program audits.
• Audit employment documents for gaps and compliance.
• Handle Leave & Accommodation and Unemployment administration with vendors.
• Coordinate wage garnishments and employment records.
• Assist in training and New Hire orientation.
• Streamline processes and improve first-touch resolution.
