Job summary

CNO Financial Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Services Analyst to provide daily HR support via the MyHR service center, handling inquiries, leave & accommodation administration, unemployment coordination, and related administrative duties with a focus on excellent associate experience.

The role may be fully remote from any US-based location, with preference for Central or Eastern Time hours. Requires a Bachelor's in HRM or related field and one year of related experience, plus MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Working knowledge of leaves of absence and ADA accommodations, state and federal employment laws including but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, Title VII, etc.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• One year of related work experience.
• Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review Tier 1 and 2 MyHR requests and escalate others for timely responses.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base related to Tier 1 and 2 requests.
• Manage the Labor Law Poster Program and complete audits.
• Audit employment documents to identify gaps, errors, and missing information.
• Coordinate leave & accommodation and unemployment administration with vendor involvement.
• Coordinate wage garnishments and employment records with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in training development and New Hire orientation.
• Streamline processes to improve first-touch resolution.
