CorVel is seeking an HR Coordinator to support leave and accommodation programs in a multi-state environment. This fully remote role provides admin support to the department, serves as a contact for employees and leadership, and reports to the Leaves and Accommodations HRBP.

Southeast US candidates aligned to East Coast hours are preferred. Responsibilities include LOA system maintenance, inbox management, preparing HR documents, and assisting with team events and training while maintaining

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience with Leaves administration and knowledge of ADA, FMLA and state leaves
• 2-3 years of experience supporting HR leadership
• Professional communications with Leadership and employees
• Discretion and confidentiality in HR matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong organization
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Responsabilités

• Support Leaves and Accommodations responsibilities including LOA system maintenance
• Manage HR and Leaves inbox and respond to inquiries
• Provide administrative support to the VP, HR
• Prepare HR-related reports, documents, and presentations
• Plan and execute Team events and training sessions
• Perform general administrative duties as needed
