Job summary

CNO Financial Group is seeking an HR Support Specialist to handle tier 1 and 2 inquiries, coordinate leave and accommodations, and ensure employment documents are accurate and compliant.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, at least 1 year of experience, and familiarity with Workday. The role is fully remote from any US location, with optional access to offices in Carmel, IN or Chicago, IL within 60 miles.
