Job summary

Trüpp is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR Outsourcing practice in a fully remote role. You will serve as the dedicated HR representative for a portfolio of small and mid-sized clients, building HR foundations, coaching leaders, and ensuring compliant HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.

You will work across onboarding, policies, coaching, and employee relations, coordinating with benefits, leave, and compensation specialists.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related questions for assigned clients.
• Establish HR workplans and foundational HR processes for clients and lead implementation.
• Coach and guide business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Build cooperative relationships with client employees and provide sound guidance.
• Own client HR processes across Trüpp's HR tech stack (onboarding, status changes, separations, file mgmt).
• Coordinate with benefits, leave, compensation, and employee relations specialists for complex matters.
• Partner with team to implement or rebuild client performance management systems.
• Complete ad hoc consulting projects including workplace investigations.
• Support team members with consulting work and client needs as they arise.
