Job summary

Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, client-facing consulting team. You will partner with a portfolio of clients to provide strategic guidance and hands-on HR support across employee relations, compliance, compensation, HR programs, and more.

You’ll lead initiatives from strategy through execution, manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions, and build strong relationships that drive Humani’s continued success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states.
• Experience in payroll operations and/or union environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to clients including C-Suite executives.
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution (policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment, performance).
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact HR solutions.
• Build strong client relationships to drive Humani’s growth.
