Job summary

FinStrat Management is seeking a client-facing Human Resources Manager to provide guidance and comprehensive HR support for our clients as we expand our service offerings.

This is a full-time, remote role. You will oversee HR functions for clients, manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations), and advise leaders on policy development and strategic people initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA degree in HR or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience leading a diverse HR team.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefits administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions for clients; review policies, processes, and systems.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding, and performance management.
• Align HR initiatives with business needs and develop leadership succession plans.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and participate in policy development.
• Identify trends in employee engagement and contribute to a strong organizational culture.
• Develop and review HR policies and leverage HRIS to streamline workflows.
