Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking an experienced Human Resource Service Partner for a fully remote role serving clients in the United States. This position reports to the HR Supervisor within the HR Services department.

The incumbent develops and implements HR practices, assists in onboarding, and helps drive transformational HR strategies across regions. Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy creation, and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of HR experience; seven (7) years acceptable.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR practices, procedures, and solutions for assigned clients.
• Onboard new clients and maintain client relationships with sales.
• Guide Transformational HR strategy and solutions for clients.
