Job summary

PuzzleHR is seeking a Human Resource Service Partner to support HR practices across client regions from a fully remote role in the United States. You will work with the HR Partner Team to onboard clients, guide transformational HR strategy, and help implement HR solutions with a focus on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 5+ years of HR experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 5+ years of HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting HR services for multiple clients or regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of HR plans and practices with the HR Partner Team.
• Interact with clients on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and talent development.
• Assist with policy development and reporting to ensure compliance.
• Develop department goals and improve HR processes and systems.
• Provide ad hoc training on compliance, engagement, and leadership.
