The Synergos Institute is seeking a Human Resources and Operations Intern to support our Global People Operations and Culture team remotely. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, engagement initiatives and special projects while learning how a global nonprofit attracts, develops and preserves talent.

This internship offers hands-on experience across HRIS, reporting, and culture-building activities, with mentorship from senior staff and exposure to cross-border

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in human resources, business administration, psychology, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Interest in a career in human resources or nonprofit administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with SharePoint or an HRIS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and analysis to support HR initiatives and special projects.
• Help support and implement projects that strengthen culture, employee engagement and strategic priorities.
• Review and pre-screen resumes for open positions, using job-related criteria and under the guidance of the HR team.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain and enhance resources and pages on SharePoint.
• Assist with HR data management, reporting and documentation.
• Support the Global People Operations and Culture team with administrative tasks as needed.
