Job summary

AZA United is hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, and reporting across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with HR management, IT, Payroll, and Operations to ensure compliant and efficient HR operations.

You will manage onboarding for new hires, maintain process documentation, and coordinate wellness initiatives while delivering exceptional service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further HR studies preferred.
• 3+ years in a role requiring attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience generating reports, data analysis, and maintaining records in a complex HRIS.
• Experience supporting HR functions such as benefits, onboarding, HR systems, or process improvements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities for new hires and interns, including document collection.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, maps, and job descriptions; support policy updates.
• Coordinate wellness program administration, events, and vendor partnerships; track engagement.
• Respond to HR inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and support audits and special projects.
