We’re Hiring an HR Operations Coordinator
Location: Typically, this role is 80% remote + 20% in-office (Must reside in Arizona and be able to commute to our main office in Phoenix once per week, we will not consider candidates who reside in another state) Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm OR 9am-5pm

About the Role:
The HR Operations Coordinator supports the efficient delivery of Human Resources services by providing administrative, systems, and process support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a key resource for employees, managers, and HR team members while coordinatingassignedareas such as onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, reporting, employee communications, and process improvement. The position partners closely with HRmanagement, IT, Payroll, and Operations to ensureaccurate, compliant, and effective HR operations.
What You’ll Do:
Onboarding and the Employee Experience
- Leadonboarding activities for new hires, interns, and other workforce populationsacross the organization including communication and document collection.
- Facilitate new hireorientationin partnershipwith compliance and IT teams.
- Serve as a resource for employee questions during the onboarding process.
- Conductnew hire feedback meetings at scheduled intervals and report results quarterly to HR Management.
Process and Policy Administration
- Develop,maintain, and update process documentation, process maps, internal policy documents and job descriptions.
- Participate in departmental projects and operational improvement initiatives.
- Identifyopportunities to improveefficiencybyleveragingtechnology solutions.
- Support implementation of new processes, workflows, and system functionality.
Wellness Program Administration
- Coordinate the administration and day-to-day operations of the organization's employee wellness program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee wellness initiatives, activities, resources, and vendor partnerships.
- Promote wellness program participation through employee communications, educational materials, and awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate wellness events, challenges, screenings, and other health and well-being activities.
- Maintainwellnessprogram records, participation tracking, and related documentation.
- Monitor program participation and engagement metrics and prepare reports for leadership as needed.
General Human Resources Duties
- Manage and respond to HR inquiries through shared inboxes and communication channels.
- Respond to routine employee and manager inquiries regarding HR processes and systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and organizational data.
- Stay informedregardinginternal policies and external compliance requirementsimpactingHR operations.
- Assistwith special projects, strategic initiatives, and audits assigned.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Develop presentations, training materials, and employee resources as needed.

What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired; Associate's orBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.HR Certification a plus.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experiencein a role thatrequiredstrong attention to detail, critical thinkingskillsand the ability to meet deadlines while multi-tasking in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Experience generating reports, analyzing data, andmaintaining accurate records inacomplex systemrequired.Experience working in an HRIS preferred.
- Experience supporting Human Resources functionssuch asemployee benefits, onboarding, HR systems,and/or process improvement initiatives preferred.
- Proficient typing and computer skills, including good experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Excel, and complex information systemssuch as an HRIS. Experience with Paylocity a plus.
- Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card,provide driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration,and other hiring requirements
