Arizona Autism United is hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, HRIS administration, benefits, and reporting across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.

The role emphasizes onboarding excellence, process improvement, and outstanding service to employees, managers, and external partners, with a 80% remote, 20% in-office schedule in Arizona.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a detail-heavy role with deadlines and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience generating reports, analyzing data, and maintaining records in a complex HRIS is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding activities for new hires, interns, and other workforce groups including documentation collection.
• Facilitate new hire orientation in partnership with compliance and IT teams.
• Develop process documentation, maps, and job descriptions; support process improvements and system functionality.
