The role requires 1+ year in HR, experience in HR customer service/shared services or HR call center environments, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply for a remote position with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional HR experience in customer service or HR shared services.
• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, leave administration, STD, and HR programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, payroll, leave, and HR programs.
• Handle a high volume of requests via phone, email, and HR service systems.
• Support and maintain HR systems, processes, and employee records.
• Provide user support for HR systems and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support I-9 compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Coordinate unemployment claim administration and related inquiries.
• Respond to employment verification requests.
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and assist with HR data analysis.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners on projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
