ExtensisHR is seeking a Human Resources Associate in New Jersey to serve as the first point of contact for client employees and admins. You will handle calls, emails, and live chat to deliver high-end customer service across HR, benefits, payroll, and policy questions.

The role offers opportunities to work with Benefit Open Enrollment, Open Enrollment projects, and ongoing HR processes in a fast-paced environment. A BA/BS is preferred and hybrid/remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Experience in HR or Benefits preferred; fast-paced customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client service orientation.
• Role may be performed in a hybrid or remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for client admins and employees via phone, email, live chat.
• Resolve inquiries about payroll, benefits, and policy questions.
• Guide employees to tools and resources on the Client Portal.
• Document interactions as Cases in ClientSpace.
