You will be the engine of our HR operations, handling everything from the "HRXpert" phone line and file room management to supporting the full lifecycle of our employees.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Parsippany, NJ (4:1 Hybrid: M-Th in‑office, Fri optional remote).
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Active Support: Manage the file room and lead office cleanup/organization related to employee offboarding. This role requires the ability to move around and be physically active within the office.
- Onboarding & Retention: Partner with the team to coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires and actively participate in initiatives to boost employee retention.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for the "HRXpert" phone line, providing helpful and timely responses to employee inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in HR, employee relations, or high-level administration.

- Technical Agility: Ability to learn and master new software, apps, and office technology quickly and independently.
- High Energy: You bring a positive, eager attitude to the office every day.
- Organization: Advanced ability to multitask, manage a file room, and meet deadlines under pressure.
