Everforth Apex Systems in Tampa, FL is seeking an HRIS Operations Specialist to administer payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR compliance. You will serve as the HR/Payroll system administrator for ADP and other people systems, delivering reporting and data analysis for filings and audits.

You will manage end-to-end payroll for ~200 employees, oversee benefits open enrollment, and support compensation programs, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in HR operations with payroll and benefits experience.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience is required.
• HRIS administration experience, specifically with ADP.
• Strong Microsoft Excel reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 200 employees.
• Serve as HR/Payroll system administrator for ADP and related systems.
• Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment and reporting.
• Manage compensation administration, pay bands and pay equity analysis.
• Prepare HR state and government filings (EEO-1, state filings).
• Ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality across processes.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and projects as needed.
