Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll and HR experience, preferably in an operations environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
• Experience required with Deltek.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, deductions, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, including regular, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls.
• Administer payroll in ADP Workforce Now and Deltek timekeeping systems.
• Reconcile payroll reports, taxes, and benefit deductions; resolve discrepancies.
• Support HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
