Talentoma is seeking an Onboarding Representative to support new hires through early employment steps from a home-based Pennsylvania remote team. You will guide new employees, coordinate with recruiters and HR teammates, and ensure timely, consistent information across handoffs.

This fully remote position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment, with varying working days and shifts. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with systems like Paylocity, monday.com, Google Calendar,

Qualificações

High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required, related experience preferred.
Familiarity with new employee orientation, welcome communications, and early employment support preferred.
Comfort learning an HR system such as Paylocity and following guided workflows.
Familiarity with onboarding management, onboarding programs, and new hire onboarding concepts preferred.
Ability to explain steps clearly, listen carefully to questions, and communicate professionally in writing and conversation.
Ability to maintain discretion when working with new hire information and internal workplace updates.
Ability to manage assigned tasks in a project management system such as monday.com and track details in a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Airtable.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quiet private workspace, and availability for the 40-hour weekly commitment and agreed working days and shift times.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Fully remote work supporting new hires from a home-based desk environment.
Structured onboarding and training on the named systems, including Paylocity, monday.com, Google Calendar, TalentLMS, and Airtable.
Regular check-ins with the onboarding team lead for guidance, questions, and workflow support.
Skills built include onboarding management, orientation facilitation, new employee integration, and professional coordination.

Responsabilidades

Receive new hire questions and onboarding requests through a shared queue, email messages, scheduled conversations, and assigned tasks.
Review new hire profiles, start dates, assigned activities, and contact details in an HR system such as Paylocity.
Explain onboarding steps, welcome resources, training expectations, and next actions using approved guidance and current process materials.
Enter accurate status updates, interaction notes, and requested changes in a project management system such as monday.com.
Coordinate introductory meetings and reminder communications through a scheduling and calendar tool such as Google Calendar.
Monitor assigned onboarding activities, identify incomplete steps, and send courteous follow-up messages when action is needed.
Route questions outside standard guidance to the onboarding team lead, appropriate recruiter, hiring contact, or HR teammate.
Partner with training contacts to confirm that new hires can access assigned learning activities in a learning management system such as TalentLMS.
Maintain orderly trackers in a spreadsheets and data entry tool such as Airtable to support status visibility and handoffs.
Meet quality expectations through accurate updates, prompt turnaround, complete notes, respectful follow-up, and correct escalation routing.
