Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an HR Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for new hires, including client integrations. You will create SOPs, interpret health results, and guide hires through a compliant onboarding journey while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of onboarding experience or similar field.
• Clear communication and problem solving skills required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and occupational health requirements for assigned book of business.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures to train peers and support cross-functional collaboration across the team.
• Interpret occupational health medical results and determine vaccinations required based on assigned clients to ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements.
• Navigate conversations with new hires to guide them through onboarding process and ensure timely and compliant completion of items.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience to new hires while coordinating with onboarding partners including background and occupational health vendors, HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring leadership teams.
• Review onboarding requirements for accuracy and determine employment eligibility based on findings.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to review escalations and mitigate risks.
• Navigate difficult conversations with discretion to rescind offers, adjust start dates, and discuss findings with new hires while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain understanding of internal/external system integrations to troubleshoot gaps and enable cross-functional collaboration with IT, Workday, and external partners.
• Continuously refine onboarding controls and audits to reduce risk.
• Execute additional HR projects as assigned.
