Job summary

OneOncology is seeking an HR Specialist to report to the Manager, HR Operations. You will manage corporate onboarding, support offboarding, respond to HR inquiries, and maintain HRIS records to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably HR operations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS/HR technology; Workday preferred.
• Experience onboarding and offboarding programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate onboarding program, partnering with stakeholders for a consistent new hire experience.
• Coordinate and support offboarding processes, including communications and HRIS updates.
• Respond to HR inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare HR data and reports.
• Support employee pulse surveys, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
• Assist with education assistance program and benefits inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and presentation materials for leadership.
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements in HR operations.
