Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an onboarding-focused HR professional to manage onboarding for a book of business, including new client intake, process improvements, and compliance with occupational health requirements.

You will train peers via SOPs, collaborate across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT, and ensure timely, compliant onboarding for new hires. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3-5 years of related work preferred.
