Arion Care is seeking a proactive HR Manager to oversee the HR team and ensure compliance with state and federal workforce laws. You will drive policy improvements, advise management, and support investigations while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in HR with employee relations focus, and 3+ years of HR leadership. The position supports remote work and travel to Phoenix-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing HR team members.
• Knowledge of general HR functions and administrative procedures.
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• HR credentials preferred (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-CP).
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of the HR team.
• Partner with HR Director to recommend HR policy improvements.
• Facilitate resolution of work-related problems between management and employees.
• Provide guidance to HR and management on complex HR issues; assist investigations and terminations.
• Advise on employee performance and support performance improvement plans.
• Train and coach management in HR policies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with HR reports on hires, transfers, performance, etc.
