Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist/Advisor to support managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, and compensation practices. This role emphasizes data-driven HR and partnership with leadership to drive workforce strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR, and strong analytical skills. The position is remote with Arizona location considerations and no travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 4--6 years experience in HR Generalist role preferred.
• No travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws while coaching leadership.
• Interpret and enforce HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner with HR leadership to develop policies and procedures.
• Advise employees and managers on compensation structures, job leveling, and benefits programs, conduct compensation analysis, and collaborate on pay equity and budgeting.
• Analyze HR data including turnover trends, engagement surveys, performance metrics, and hiring data; present insights to leadership and recommend retention strategies.
• Guide managers on performance review cycles, goal-setting, development plans, and succession planning.
• Support organizational changes, workforce realignment, and change management initiatives.
• Partner with talent acquisition to refine hiring processes and onboarding to improve candidate experience and retention.
• Utilize HR systems to enhance reporting and automation and identify process improvements.
