Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking a People Operations Compliance Manager to lead our HR compliance function across federal, state, and local employment laws. You will provide strategic guidance on employment practices, policy administration, risk management, and workplace investigations while ensuring consistent, legally compliant HR programs.

This remote role requires 7+ years in HR compliance, strong data analysis, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with compliance, employee relations, or leave administration.
• Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
• Experience leading investigations and providing practical guidance.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's HR compliance function across federal, state, and local laws.
• Provide strategic guidance on employment practices, policy administration, and risk management.
• Oversee leave administration, accommodations, and workplace investigations.
• Partner with legal to ensure compliant employment documents and reporting.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams and leaders.
