Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote HR Manager to lead its People Operations in a globally distributed, remote-first environment. You will shape HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition, performance, compensation, and employee relations, while guiding a virtual team across regions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in HRM or related field, 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of global labor laws and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience developing HR strategies for remote or distributed work.
• Knowledge of global labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and change management.
• Expertise in talent management, total rewards, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR tech solutions.
• Experience in the e-commerce or technology sector is advantageous.
• Ability to lead remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with growth objectives and remote-first philosophy.
• Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, performance, compensation, employee relations, and L&D.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in a virtual environment.
• Design and implement HR policies to support a diverse, global workforce.
• Drive initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and employee experience remotely.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws across jurisdictions.
• Leverage HR technology and analytics to provide strategic insights to leadership.
