Placements24, a pioneering renewable energy company, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function remotely, shaping strategies for global talent and culture. This role drives talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and organizational development across a distributed workforce.

The ideal candidate has a Master's in HR or related field, 10+ years HR experience with leadership, and strong strategic/business acumen.

Formación

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven success in leading HR for a fully remote or hybrid organization.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Expertise in South African labor law and best practices, with international experience being a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and remote-first operational model.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent globally.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and addressing issues proactively.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and talent development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing remote work culture.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor HR team members, promoting professional growth and development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
