Placements24 is seeking a strategic and analytical HR Manager to lead workforce planning in a fully remote role. You will shape long‑term talent strategies, forecast needs, and partner with executive leadership to build robust talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate has an MBA/Master’s in a related field, 8+ years in HR with remote project leadership, strong data skills, and experience with HRIS, Excel, and data visualization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business, economics or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years HR experience with emphasis on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Proven remote work experience managing complex projects independently.
• Strong data modeling, forecasting and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic workforce planning frameworks.
• Analyze data to forecast future talent gaps and needs.
• Collaborate with leaders to create proactive recruitment and development plans.
• Design and optimize organizational structures for efficiency and agility.
• Develop succession planning and leadership continuity programs.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting on workforce trends and KPIs.
• Partner with talent acquisition to inform recruitment strategies.
• Create HR policies for workforce planning and organizational design.
• Facilitate change management during restructurings and initiatives.
• Keep abreast of trends in workforce planning and strategic HR.
