Placements24 is seeking a visionary HR Manager to lead our remote-first strategy and operations for a distributed global workforce. This senior leadership role focuses on policies, culture, and employee experience across regions, ensuring compliance and scalable HR processes in a fully remote environment.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape remote culture, engagement, and well-being programs while leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership managing remote workforce or HR strategy.
• Proven experience developing HR policies for fully remote organizations.
• Proven ability to foster culture, engagement, and performance in a distributed workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws across regions with remote employees.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
• Experience in change management and organizational development in remote contexts.
• Ability to manage global HR operations remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive remote HR strategy aligned with remote-first culture.
• Design and manage HR policies and programs for remote workforce including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and engagement.
• Lead initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performing remote culture across dispersed teams.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance for remote workforce.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on remote HR matters.
• Develop and implement employee well-being programs for remote work.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws across regions where employees are based.
• Manage and mentor the HR team to foster innovation and employee-centricity.
