Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Remote Senior HR Business Partner to guide HR strategy across global business units. You will advise leaders, manage talent and employee relations, and drive organizational development while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
• Proven experience in a remote or distributed workforce environment.
• Strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR point of contact for designated business units and build relationships with leaders and employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Partner with talent acquisition to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
• Drive performance management processes including goal setting and reviews.
• Identify organizational development needs and design leadership development programs.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform program improvements and business outcomes.
• Support change management initiatives with effective communication and buy-in.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
