Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an HR Investigations Specialist for a 1-year term with potential extension. The role focuses on independently handling HAD and AEN investigations, applying policy interpretation and coordinating with HR Business Partners to ensure fair treatment of employees.

The position requires handling sensitive information, strong judgment, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in an HR Coordinator/Assistant/Specialist role.
• Proficient with Workday, SharePoint and MS Office; knowledge of HR laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, investigation, and resolution of HAD and AEN cases with sensitive information.
• Apply independent judgment to analyze findings and recommend policy-aligned actions.
• Oversee HR mailbox and address inquiries or delegate as needed.
• Serve as APS inquiries focal point; provide guidance and escalate when needed.
• Oversee IP suspensions/reinstatements in line with practice.
• Act as neutral HR representative during investigations with complete documentation.
• Protect confidentiality and manage sensitive employee relations matters.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
