GovCIO is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to support employee relations and investigations. This fully remote role within the United States focuses on partnering with leaders to uphold policy, ensure compliant processes, and drive improvements in HR operations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology and 8+ years of related experience, including investigations, compliance, and HR generalist activities. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or psychology.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience with exposure to employee relations, investigations, or compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Strong investigative, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace concerns.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on policies and practices.
• Support conflict resolution and effective communication between managers and employees.
• Assist with disciplinary actions, performance discussions and corrective actions.
• Identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
