Job summary

HR Anew in the United States is seeking an EEO Investigator for a remote independent contractor role. You will conduct impartial investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related workplace concerns, coordinating with client programs and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include reviewing complaints, developing plans, interviewing witnesses, drafting affidavits and reports, and delivering clear, evidence-based findings on time.

Qualifications

• Completion of EEOC investigator training (32 hours).
• Annual 8-hour refresher training.
• Federal experience in investigations.
• Experience drafting affidavits and reports.
• Ability to work independently in remote, deadline-driven settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, policies, and supporting documentation.
• Develop investigation plans and identify witnesses and evidence.
• Conduct impartial interviews.
• Prepare interview summaries and related documents.
• Assess evidence objectively and identify gaps.
• Maintain organized, confidential investigation files.
• Prepare fact-based investigative reports.
• Meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate progress to program managers.
