Job summary

CYB Human Resources is seeking a hands-on HR Operations & Investigations Manager for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will manage internal HR workflows, oversee investigations, and serve as a key escalation point for HR Assistants, ensuring issue resolution aligns with CYB standards.

You will monitor regulatory changes, synthesize complex guidance into practical steps, and provide summaries to leadership. Limited client-facing interaction related to investigations is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR investigations and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to synthesize legal/compliance information into clear summaries.
• Direct supervision experience of HR Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR execution across multiple client accounts.
• Review HR work prepared by HR Assistants before it is client-facing.
• Coordinate and oversee investigations; review notes, timelines, and documentation.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes nationwide.
• Provide coaching and performance management for HR Assistants.
• Prepare concise investigation summaries with findings and recommendations.
