Job summary

TheRightDoctors is seeking a remote HR internship in the United States. You will work with Zoho Recruit to post jobs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while maintaining HR data and documentation.

Flexible hours, six days a week, with a prorated stipend and potential for internship extension based on performance. Prior internship or HR admin exposure is a plus, and candidates should be eager to learn in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Zoho Recruit for posting and screening.
• Ability to log and organize candidate data and interviews.
• Experience with payroll data handling and HR documents.

Responsibilities

• Work on Zoho Recruit to post positions on websites and job boards.
• Assist with screening resumes and applications.
• Send offer and regret letters and coordinate interviews.
• Update databases with new hire information and payroll data.
• Maintain and follow up on HR tasks and projects in Zoho One.
• Proofread HR documents and track deadlines.
