Job summary

367 Agency in Gurgaon, India, is offering a remote HR internship for 6 months. The role is full-time during weekdays, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a ₹15,000 per month stipend.

You will work with the HR team on recruitment, data management, and learning and development initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure in a growing D2C agency. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain HR records, while learning how hiring and employee development work in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office tools/ Canva.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage interview scheduling.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application updates and interview processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Maintain and update internal employee databases and HR records.
• Organize employee documentation and onboarding information.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee training sessions and internal engagement activities.
• Track participation and maintain training records.
