Job summary

CAI is offering a remote HR Intern position for a junior student to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR project work. The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, full-time, remote, 40 hours per week, during core business hours, within the United States.

You will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, data reporting, and HR projects while developing essential HR skills for a future career in HR.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• GPA 3.5 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HRIS/People Analytics).
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
• Collect and analyze workforce data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Develop content that highlights CAI's culture and opportunities as an employer of choice.
• Assist HR projects related to engagement, benefits and training.
• Support compliance tracking and the use of AI-powered HR tools.
