The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. It is a full-time, remote opportunity requiring 40 hours per week and core-hours during the workday. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development activities.
• Assist HR operations and HR projects as needed.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze workforce data for leadership reports.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities.
• Support compliance tracking and use of AI-powered HR tools.
