Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR projects. This hands-on role offers exposure to core HR functions and is ideal for a junior exploring a career in HR.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, is full-time and remote, requiring 40 hours per week during core business hours. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain a cross-functional view of HR.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with retention policies.
• Help collect, organize, and analyze workforce data for leadership reports.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities as an employer of choice.
• Support HR projects related to employee engagement, benefits, and training.
• Assist with compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
