Job summary

CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team, including operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR project work. This hands‑on role exposes you to core HR functions and is ideal for a junior student exploring HR careers.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. It is a full-time, remote opportunity requiring 40 hours per week, with core business hours during the 9‑week program. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Current junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR operations.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new hire onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records in line with retention policies.
• Collect and analyze workforce data and prepare leadership reports.
• Contribute to CAI culture content and employer value proposition.
• Assist with HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed and use AI-powered HR tools.
