CAI is seeking an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across operations, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, and HR project work. This hands‑on role targets a junior student exploring a career in HR with exposure to core functions.

The internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027. It is a full-time, remote opportunity requiring 40 hours per week; core business hours are expected during the 9 weeks. All work must be performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and talent development activities.
• Support HR operations and project work across functional areas.
• Populate and analyze workforce data for leadership reporting.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with policies.
• Support content creation highlighting CAI's culture and opportunities.
• Participate in HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Assist with compliance tracking as needed.
• Utilize AI-powered HR tools in daily tasks.
