Responsibilities

• Update and maintain employee records.
• Assist with employee relations investigations.
• Update job descriptions and ensure consistency across positions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events.
• Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as requested.
• Support filing, document organization and general administrative tasks.
• Follow established HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
• Perform other duties as assigned supporting the HR team.
