Job summary

Custom Home Health Inc. is seeking an HR Intern to assist with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. You will help load new hires into ADP, maintain personnel files, and assist with employee inquiries, while learning EMR integration and payroll processes.

This role emphasizes hands-on, task-based work in a busy HR team; you will collaborate with the HR Generalist, coordinate interviews, and help ensure accurate record-keeping and timely data entry.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HRIS/ADP and employee data entry is preferred.
• Proactive, customer-service oriented and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting: post jobs, screen calls, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding: enter new hires into ADP and other systems.
• Maintain personnel files and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and changes in portals.
• Support field staff with EMR and device provisioning.
• Provide basic HR administrative tasks and file audits.
