The internship runs from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, totaling 9 weeks, requiring 40 hours per week and participation during core business hours.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functional areas to gain cross-functional view (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HRIS/People Analytics).
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support new hire onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records and data retention compliance.
• Assist in data collection and analysis of workforce metrics for leadership reports.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and employer value proposition.
• Support HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Assist with compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
