Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HRIS/People Analytics.
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support onboarding, including documentation.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data retention policies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze workforce data and translate findings into reports for leadership.
• Contribute to content highlighting CAI's culture and employer value proposition.
• Assist with HR projects related to engagement, benefits, and training.
• Support compliance tracking as needed.
• Use AI-powered HR tools.
