Job summary

HR Acuity LLC is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team in the United States. You will lead technical setup, integrations configuration, and data migrations for customers, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle and exceptional outcomes.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions, and document processes to enable ongoing adoption and training across teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with integrations in a technical or implementation role.
• Experience directly with customers delivering integration projects.
• Background in API integrations and enterprise connections (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, SFTP, webhooks).
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience documenting technical processes and training.
• Familiarity with enterprise ecosystems (Workday, SAP, Salesforce).
• Experience with integration/iPaaS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup and integrations configuration for customers.
• Provide clear communication and proactive project management.
• Facilitate migration of customer data into the HR Acuity platform.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success with technical scoping calls.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on upcoming releases.
• Report recurring integration challenges to Product/Engineering.
• Create process documentation and training materials.
• Scope and document technical processes with customers and teams.
• Drive special projects and initiatives as assigned.
