Job summary

HR Acuity is seeking an Integration Specialist for its Professional Services group. You will own the technical setup, API integrations, and data migrations for enterprise customers, coordinating with Product and Engineering to improve tooling and resolve issues.

The role is customer‑facing, managing 15–20 integration projects concurrently, translating business requirements into technical configurations, and driving successful outcomes across CRM/ERP/HCM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of integrations experience in technical/implementation roles.
• Direct customer engagement with IT teams.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, SFTP, webhooks.
• Ability to document technical processes and train others.

Responsibilities

• Own technical setup and integrations configuration for customers.
• Provide clear communication and proactive project management for a world-class customer experience.
• Facilitate and manage the migration of customer data into the HR Acuity platform.
• Assist Sales and Customer Success with technical scoping calls.
• Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to inform upcoming releases.
• Identify recurring integration challenges with Product & Engineering.
• Document processes and drive successful outcomes.
• Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by Manager.
