Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for priority integrations in Employer Services.
- Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to assess viability and execution.
- Provide recommendations on build, partner, or co-create options.
- Identify opportunities to improve connectivity across products.
- Shape data connection strategy across HCM and payroll.
- Assess and develop new integration concepts from partnerships.
- Lead discovery and execution with defined success measures.
