Job summary

livingHR, Inc. is a remote-first professional services work agency seeking a Manager, HRIS/HCM Implementation.

You will own and operate HRIS/HCM platforms for diverse clients, leveraging HiBob, Dayforce, Rippling, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, and ADP to keep systems configured, integrated, compliant, and optimized. The role requires 5+ years of HRIS/HCM administration/implementation, HR Generalist or HRBP background, and proven experience working with consulting or professional services clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and implementing HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on administrator experience with core HRIS platforms (HiBob/Dayforce/Rippling) and with a performance/engagement platform (Lattice) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS/HCM system ownership across client environments, ensuring data integrity, workflows, and integrations.
• Lead configurations for client implementations, change management, and new module rollouts.
• Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual HR admin.
• Collaborate with People team leaders to translate process needs into system design.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting to support workforce planning and OKRs.
